AppSight (hereinafter referred to as "this Project") complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, guidelines related to the protection of personal information, and other relevant laws and regulations concerning the handling of personal information obtained by this Project.

1. Safe Management of Personal Information

This Project shall implement appropriate measures for the protection of personal information and take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information handled by this Project and ensure the safe management of personal information.

2. Compliance with Matters Concerning the Acquisition of Personal Information, etc.

This Project shall comply with the following matters concerning the acquisition, use, and provision of personal information.

(1) Acquisition of Personal Information

This Project may obtain personal information related to users of the internet-based information services managed by this Project (hereinafter referred to as "each Service") or advertisers who place advertisements on each Service (hereinafter referred to as "Advertisers"), to the extent necessary for the operation of each Service.

(2) Purpose of Use of Personal Information

This Project will not use the personal information it has obtained beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purposes set forth below, except as required by law or with the consent of the individual.
